Tuesday practices commence this week at Jackson Heights Elementary School (please see the calendar for additonal details).  Two classes are offered each Tuesday evening: an adult beginners class begins at 6pm and runs until 7:30pm.  Afterwards, a bogu practice begins at 7:30pm and ends at 9pm.  Note that the later class is strictly for students that have bogu armor; those students that do not must attend the earlier class.
