To bring about changes that will help people overcome inequality in our society and make them share knowledge to help each other, we seek to identify these gaps spread throughout diverse socio-cultural scenarios in order to collaboratively build bridges. Whether it is a structure erect in our community that does not functionally bring the community together giving it a soul or it is a remote town or village whose population could benefit from a Nursing Institute or a Hospital where they receive tailored medical attention to fit their needs at an affordable cost, we observe and identify pressing issues that often get overlooked. Once an initiative is established, we at EKNC collaborate with our partners for its lifecycle to become sustainable.

Collaboration
We do all of our work with our collaborators, together with whom we push for new solutions and harness the transformative power of the will to Pay Forward to society. We strive to engage with our collaborators in a spirit of trust, candid communication, transparency and ethics. Our collective efforts also depend on the support and resources of our collaborators from the private sector, communities, government and individuals of diverse professional backgrounds.

Execution Strategy
In each of our projects, we develop goals and strategies together with a detailed process before allocating resources and making a commitment. We continually collect and share data on our progress, reflect on lessons learned, and make course corrections as needed. Essential to this process is ongoing dialogue with our team as well as collaborators—which is embedded throughout our strategy lifecycle. At this stage of our growth, our projects and strategies are already in place. We reflect on and review each strategy carefully and make adjustments to our implementation plan toward achieving our goals.
